Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team in Middleton, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating an Amada RG Series Press Brake to bend and form sheet metal parts in accordance with blueprints, layouts, and templates. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an Amada RG Series Press Brake to fabricate sheet metal components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, layouts, and templates to ensure accurate part production.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, punches, and dies for each job.
• Perform quality checks to verify part dimensions and conformance to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain part accuracy.
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Assist with other fabrication or production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven ability to set up and operate an Amada RG Series Press Brake.
• Experience using an Amada NT Controller is a plus, but not required.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in precision sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Minimum Required Education & Experience

• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
