Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Cleaner to join our team. We are located on a campground setting at the Sioux City North KOA. The ideal candidate would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various Rustic Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, Loft Cabins, and public Restrooms spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Regular cleaning hours run from 10am-3pm each day. Some days hours may be shorter depending on cabin rentals and some days it may take a little longer than 3pm.

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, bed making, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a clean environment for our guests. 

-Assist in housekeeping management by organizing supplies and equipment effectively.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed in a timely manner

-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness. 

Requirements:

-Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.

-Must be able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

-Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products used for cleaning.

-Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

-Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.

-Physical stamina to preform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, moving items, or crouching.

-A willingness to learn new techniques and procedures related to cleaning.

Starting pay is $13 and depends on experience. Position is 5 days a week with 2 week days off.
