Material Handler

We are hiring for a locally owned, family‐run plastics recycling manufacturer offering stability, growth potential, and leadership that truly cares. We’re hiring full‐time Material Handlers to join our fast‐paced production team. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and looking for advancement, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Load raw materials onto machine conveyor belts (grinders, shredders, etc.)
• Follow equipment procedures to keep production lines running smoothly
• Operate a forklift to move materials
• Follow production schedules to meet order requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work a 12‐hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 2‐2‐3 rotating schedule
  

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods
• Perform bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, and throwing
• Work in both hot and cold environments
  

Job Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be 18+
• Able to read and write in English
• Dependable, self‐motivated, and eager to cross‐train
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
