Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Assist with medication administration and monitor patient vital signs
- Document patient information accurately in health records
- Support patients' care plans and coordinate with healthcare team members
Credentials
- Valid LPN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of practical nursing experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records systems
