Customer Service Representative - Now Hiring

Job Title: Technical Sales & Service Representative 

Pay Rate: $20/hour with increase to $21/hour at time off hire based on performance

Hours: Full time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

• Must have industrial or mechanical experience/knowledge to answer technical questions, measurements, etc.
• Customer service, sales or sales support experience required
• Industrial rubber products application knowledge is preferred
• SAP software knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read / understand technical drawings is a plus
• Strong communication skills, able to listen, negotiate, and effectively ask questions
• Stable work history is a must!

Responsibilities: 

You will be supporting the internal sales/customer service team and working directly with customers.

• Assist customers with finding out what conveyor belts they need
• Finding and suggesting the right product and fit for their need
• Assist the internal staff with find pricing, sourcing products and create quotes as needed
• Provide technical customer support and problem solving for applications, systems and supporting components to customers 
• Assist with product selection, interchange & replacements, cycle time reductions, and improving overall customer satisfaction
