Position Summary

We’re hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to connect with customers, generate leads, and help schedule energy-saving services.

No sales experience needed — we train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers about energy-saving programs and services
• Generate leads through outreach and referrals
• Schedule customer assessments and consultations
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Track leads and appointments in company systems
• Work with office and field teams to support projects
• Help meet individual and team goals

Qualifications

• No experience required (sales/customer service is a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
