What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and draft site development projects using Civil 3D
• Work on a variety of projects
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines
• Develop plans, layouts, and construction documents

Requirements:

• 2-10+ years of professional civil/site design experience
• Strong skills in Civil 3D (required)
• Experience with land development projects 
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and on a team
• Familiarity with tools like HydroCAD, Bluebeam, or InfraWorks is a plus

Location:

• Ideally based within 1–2 hours of the Twin Cities
• Open to candidates anywhere in Minnesota or the upper Midwest with occasional site visits
