Bartender

Moby Dick’s Oyster Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced, high-energy Bartender to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, coastal-inspired restaurant known for fresh seafood, craft cocktails, and a lively atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
• Maintain deep knowledge of our menu, including oysters, seafood, and cocktails
• Manage bar inventory, restock, and keep the bar clean and organized
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Create a fun, welcoming environment that reflects the Moby Dick’s brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Must meet all CT state alcohol service requirements
