Job Description
Salary: Up to $185k + 20% bonus + $800/month car allowance
Location/Schedule: Onsite Mon - Fri in Rialto CA
Requirements: 10+ years of manufacturing leadership with 3+ years at Plant/Operations Manager level with P&L responsibility in the food and beverage industry

Our company was founded by ex-executives from Mission Foods and our executive leadership team is made up of top level leaders from food and beverage giants like Mission Foods, Del Real Foods, Coca Cola and Walmart!
Over the last three years, we have steadily grown from a regional player into a national player and seen our revenue grow from $60M to just over $120M in that time span. Our two plants currently house nearly 00 employees running 24/7 baking, flour products and corn products lines.
In this role you will have complete P&L responsibility for a 75k sq ft facility, that currently houses over 200 employees across 5 lines with plans to double the lines over the next two years!

What You Will Be Doing:
Complete P&L responsibility over 4 department heads and 200 indirect reports across a 24/7 operation:
- Leadership and Direction
- Lead and direct the facility, focusing on financial performance, staff development, safety, and productivity
- Implement Company's Operational Excellence program
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory policies
- Improve plant KPIs
- Financial Management
- Help develop the annual budget
- Manage and forecast the plant P&L
- Identify and execute cost savings initiatives
- Operational Integration and Innovation
- Integrate new equipment, products, and processes seamlessly
- Stay current on technology and innovation
- Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction
- Coordinate with Finance and work with Distribution, Sales, and Customer Service
What You Need for this Position
10+ years of Manufacturing leadership in the F&B industry, with at least 2+ years as a Plant or Operations Manager focused on:
- B.S. in Engineering or Business
- Extensive food and beverage industry at SQF facilities
- Experience overseeing at least 50 indirect reports
- P&L ownership
- Technical expertise in key areas food processing including: food processing engineering, manufacturing, quality, food safety and casting
Bilingual is highly preferred!
