Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a walk-in clinic setting, supporting providers and care teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Take vital signs and assist with patient care
Triage calls and coordinate follow-ups
Handle prescription refills & prior authorizations
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff
Support CNAs and schedulers

Requirements

LPN license (state license upon hire)
BLS certification
Nursing program graduate
Open to <1 year experience
