Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are a professional family in Salem seeking a full-time nanny for our highly communicative 2. 5-year-old daughter. We are looking for someone with a strong early childhood background (ECE, preschool, or extensive toddler experience) who can create a warm, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment. The role is typically 9-5 Mon-Fri with some flexibility, and will shift slightly in the fall when she begins part-time preschool.
