Express Healthcare Staffing Illinois is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.

\n !!!! MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COVER THANKSGIVING !!!!
\n Required certification: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n Required experience & skills: 1yr of hospital exp. Must have level 1 trauma experience, must have previous travel experience (no first time travelers), must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit.
\n - Shifts & Scheduling: 12's for nurses, one shift, try to meet requests, will block if it is possible with staffing.
\n - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend both shifts.
\n - Holiday Requirement: Every other.
\n - Is there Call or a Standby requirement?: No
\n - Floating Requirements: Float in rotation with rest of staff. General unit traveler floats to general unit floor - takes full team. If floated outside of general unit, in case of urgent need, would only do skills competent to do & be assigned with a nurse trained
\n for that particular unit.
\n - Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: No scrub color requirement, tattoos covered while on duty, no piercings besides ears.
