Part Time: AM weekdays (Wednesdays required) and PM weekends.

Job Description

• Performs personal care services, within the framework of the individual resident�s activities of daily living and functional abilities.
• Documents all information pertaining to each assigned resident on each shift accurately and timely.
• Responsible for reporting any significant changes in resident condition, incident/accidents, injuries and/or skin integrity issues noted, immediately to the charge nurse.
• Participates in all required/mandatory in-services.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What you will bring

• Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program, with current certification in the state of California.
• One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• High school graduate, or equivalent.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States.
