Job Summary:

Firehouse Subs is hiring energetic and reliable Team Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to our customers, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a great guest experience
• Accurately take orders and handle transactions at the register
• Assist with food preparation and ensure items are made to order quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining room
• Work closely with team members and assist with other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
