Receptionist- Villages Subaru - Full-time / Part-time

Villages Subaru is looking to hiring a Receptionist for our dealership – Full-time or Part-time available with pay rates starting at $14-15 per hour depending on experience!

Responsibilities:

·         Greeting guests and directing them appropriately

·         Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image

·         Assist with administrative duties which include:

o   Data Entry

o   Keeping Accurate Records

o   Organizing Files/Records

Requirements

·         Receptionist Experience is Required

·         Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel

·         Strong Customer Service Skills

·         Excellent Communication Skills

·         Keep Accurate Records

·         Detail Oriented

·         Time Management Skills

·         Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills

·         Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic

·         Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas

·         Ability to be a Team Player

·         Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
