Full time 8:30am-4pm
on call (must be flexible)
Pay range $16-$25 hourly
Responsibilities of Central Supply:
Assist in providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
To ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained.
Qualifications of Central Supply:
Working knowledge of medical terminology and experience in ordering and maintaining par levels.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action in a timely fashion.
Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must be knowledgeable of supply practices, procedures, and guidelines.
Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Must possess the ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment, etc.
