About the Role:
Join B&S PROFESSIONAL CLEANING INC as a Floor Care Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and longevity of our clients' flooring. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing various types of flooring.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure optimal floor care.
- Inspect and maintain floor care equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of floor care equipment for special events.
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns related to floor care services.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document and report any maintenance or repair needs for flooring.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
