  • Coordinate resident communications, service requests, and follow-up

  • Manage rent collection, postings, and administrative records

  • Support outreach marketing, community engagement, and competitor analysis

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule Tuesday-Saturday to support leasing traffic and resident needs

  • Property management or leasing experience, preferably in affordable housing (LIHTC, PBV, RAD, HOME, HTF, ARPA)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lease-up environment

  • Comfort handling financial transactions and administrative responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (RealPage OneSite)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $25–$28 based on experience

  • Full-time schedule Tuesday–Saturday to support leasing traffic and resident needs

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) with a 6% company match to support your future

  • Generous paid time off with 18 days PTO and 11.5 paid holidays

  • Additional benefits including paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts

If you're ready to be part of an exciting new community and make an impact from day one, we’d love to hear from you—apply today!
