CMM Programmer

AVStar Fuel Systems Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision CNC-machined components for the general aviation industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Programmer to support our quality and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and run CMM inspections (ZEISS Calypso)

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

• Interpret blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)

• Conduct GR&R, Cp, and Cpk studies

• Troubleshoot inspection issues and support quality improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMM programming experience

• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills

• Experience with metrology equipment and SPC

• ZEISS Calypso experience preferred
