Intermediate District 287 is looking for Special Education (ASD/EBD) teachers for our summer ESY programs at North Education Center in New Hope!

 Position Details:

  • Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $37.53 - $69.19 per hour (depending on experience and education)
  • This is a temporary position for Summer ESY only 
  • Location: North Education Center in New Hope
  • Program: NEC programs as well as SEC Tier 2 and Tier 3 student grades K-8
  • Dates: June 24 & 25 - orientation
  •           July 6 - July 24
  • Staff Hours: 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM 

 

Requirements:

  • Interested in candidates who are: diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current teaching license in ASD or EBD, OR a valid license in another subject area & able to get an Out of Field license
