Job Title: Night Shift Janitorial Cleaner
Location: WSSC-Laurel, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at our WSSC facilities. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors at the WSSC facility in Laurel, MD. A background clearance is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to contract and safety standards

• Conduct inspections to maintain quality control

• Manage supplies and report inventory needs
•  
• Communicate with management regarding site operations and concerns

• Ensure compliance with company policies and WSSC requirements are met

• Manage time and attendance in iSolved HRIS system by clocking in/out according to policy

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred (Minimum of 3 years)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
