Westaff is looking for a Shipping Clerk in the Westminster, MA area for Immediate Start! 

Location: Westminster, MA 

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm 

Job Summary
As a Shipping Clerk, you are responsible for supporting daily shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of finished goods to customers.
This role supports the logistics team with shipping documentation, inventory verification, and coordination with production and material handling teams. 

Key Responsibilities
SHIPPING OPERATIONS
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate shipment preparation with material handlers and production teams.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and packaging requirements prior to shipment.
• Ensure shipments are staged and ready according to the daily shipping schedule.
• Support outbound shipments using company ERP or shipping systems.

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
