The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $18.00 - $23.00 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

You must be a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Actively pursuing a Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply chain operations degree.
Currently a sophomore, junior, or senior.
Procurement process mapping to identify process inefficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and prepare groundwork for new Business Transformation initiative and AI support.
Engage in project to identify future obsolete parts from vendors and work with suppliers, R&D and LSS operations to ensure alternative options for our Spares customers.
Design and build a centralized procurement dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of part-level information.
Integrate multiple data sources to create a single point of visibility for procurement teams.
Create a presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and business impact.
Participate in various Future Talent Programming events, such as weekly professional development sessions, a team-based innovation challenge and endless development opportunities
