Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in billing, order management, or operations support
- Experience working within ERP systems and invoicing processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR.

About Your Role
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate completion of delivery orders and customer invoicing by validating delivery data, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining ERP accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Delivery Order Closeout & Validation
- Close delivery orders by verifying product, quantities, dates, and carriers
- Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to invoicing
Customer Invoicing & Revenue Accuracy
- Generate accurate customer invoices within the ERP system
- Validate pricing, quantities, and contractual requirements
Discrepancy Resolution & Corrections
- Manage SIA discrepancies and billing corrections
- Investigate root causes of errors and partner to resolve issues
ERP Data Integrity & Documentation
- Maintain accurate system records and audit-ready documentation
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and controls
Cross-Functional Support & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Transportation, and Finance teams
- Support process improvement initiatives related to order accuracy and billing

Working Conditions
- The work environment is the typical office and plant environment. The employee must complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including staff, clients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, loud noises, and interruptions to answer questions from others. This position may be exposed to chemicals, extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, and wind.
