Construction Worker - Full-time

DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division currently has an opening for a Construction Worker in New Britain, CT.

The APM division provides property management services including landscaping, facilities management and construction to DATTCO divisions as well as external customers. Primary responsibilities:

• Keep vehicle/equipment clean and fluids checked daily
• Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization
• Ability to keep accurate daily paperwork
• Exceptional organization skills dealing with various projects that come to light

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years construction experience
• High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
