- Complete nutrition assessments and care plans
- Monitor weights, labs, and overall nutritional status
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams
- Educate residents, families, and staff
What You Need
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
- NYS certification (or eligible)
- Long-term care experience preferred
