Location: Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs - Excelsior Springs, MO
Shift: 8hrs. Full-Time Days M-F (6am-2:30pm OR 7am-3:30pm)

Pay Rate: Starting $17hr & up

Shower Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming

• Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Shower Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
