Job Summary:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for candidates who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering effective, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy programs
• Track and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes

Patient Population:

• Outpatient Orthopedics

Schedule & Productivity:

• 36 hours guaranteed, with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
• 12–14 patients per day
• Productivity target: 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Overtime requires prior approval

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
