Project Manager 

Gas Station Imaging Construction is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of imaging and branding construction projects across multiple sites. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer specifications and industry standards.
This individual will work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high level of organization, accuracy, and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

·       Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of gas station imaging construction projects
·       Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
·       Ensure all work aligns with company standards, customer requirements, and industry guidelines
·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
·       Estimate material quantities and project costs using strong mathematical and analytical skills
·       Monitor and manage project budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet financial targets
·       Perform job costing analysis and track project financial performance
·       Process and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle
·       Serve as the primary point of contact for site supervisors, subcontractors, and customers
·       Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation to customers and jobbers
·       Ensure alignment between all stakeholders throughout each phase of the project
·       Conduct and process in-depth site surveys, requiring strong measurement and analytical skills
·       Identify and resolve on-site challenges through proactive problem-solving and decision-making
·       Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all project phases
·       Track invoicing throughout each phase of project completion
·       Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
·       Support final project closeout and reporting
 
Qualifications & Skills

·       Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
·       Excellent organizational and project management skills
·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
·       Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
·       High attention to detail and accuracy
·       Experience with image manipulation software
·       Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools
·       Experience navigating ERP systems
·       Knowledge of permitting processes within construction or signage industries
