We are a growing, mission-driven private practice building systems that allow clinicians to focus on clinical excellence while families receive an exceptional experience.

We are seeking a Part-Time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our clinic.

Position Overview

The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, strong internal systems, and a professional, welcoming experience for families and staff.

This is an in-person position with opportunity for increased hours and leadership growth as the practice expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow
• Manage clinician schedules and optimize caseload efficiency
• Coordinate with billing support to ensure insurance and payment processes run smoothly
• Track and report key metrics (caseload, revenue, cancellations, utilization)
• Maintain compliance documentation and onboarding systems
• Support hiring logistics and team coordination
• Communicate professionally with families and community partners
• Medical Billing
• Assist with community outreach and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

• experience in healthcare administration, private practice management, or small business operations preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and scheduling platforms
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• Alignment with neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered values

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in therapy practice operations
• Familiarity with insurance billing workflows
• Interest in long-term leadership growth within a small business

Compensation & Schedule

• Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
• Hourly rate based on experience
