The Team Member is responsible for providing our guests with building authentic relationships and real experiences with each and every guest. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepping, cooking, and packaging menu items and checking for product quality and consistency.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.   

• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and ability to navigate the kitchen.  

• Performs other related duties as assigned.  

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent guest service skills.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and guest-related policies.

Experience:

• At least six months of restaurant experience preferred.  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and working with cash register or other restaurant equipment.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
