Absolut Care of Allegany is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and repairs

Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks

Complete routine maintenance checks and respond to work orders

Help maintain facility grounds and exterior areas

Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance

Follow safety and facility regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Maintenance or facilities experience preferred

Ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
