Lead a Junk Removal Crew

College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is hiring a Junk Removal Crew Captain to lead junk removal teams serving the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley, including Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, and Thousand Oaks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, leading a team, and completing jobs efficiently.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead a crew removing unwanted items from homes and businesses
2. Safely operate open-top junk removal trucks
3. Load trucks efficiently to maximize space
4. Communicate with customers about job scope and pricing
5. Identify additional items that customers may want removed
6. Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
7. Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

1. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
2. Prior junk removal, moving, construction, or labor leadership experience preferred
3. Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
4. Strong work ethic and leadership skills
5. Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
6. Reliable and punctual

Schedule

Workdays typically start between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM depending on job assignments.

Full-time and part-time schedules available.
