Complete Care is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our Corporate Payroll team in Toms River, NJ. This role is fully on-site and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a portfolio of our supported facilities.
We are looking for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment — preferably with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience.
Position Summary
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day payroll operations for an assigned group of facilities. This role ensures payroll is audited, accurate, compliant, and processed on time while supporting our commitment to a staff-friendly and patient-centered organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and efficiently for assigned facilities using UKG (or similar payroll system)
Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals
Maintain employee payroll records and data integrity
Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries
Process garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and union deductions in accordance with Federal, State, and CBA guidelines
Manage third-party sick pay processing
Support year-end payroll processes including W-2 preparation, ACA reporting, and contract management
Participate in payroll-related audits and ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-site healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred)
UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience preferred
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, garnishments, tax regulations, and union deductions
Experience processing high-volume payroll across multiple locations
Strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work fully on-site, five days per week in Toms River, NJ
