The Role:

To provide excellent customer service while efficiently dealing poker.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of the table games poker change bank. 
• Performs even exchange transactions with customers, for buy-in purposes.
• When authorized by a gaming supervisor makes poker room transfers between table banks and the poker change bank or casino cage.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile. 
• Continued training sessions required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
