Warehouse & General Labor - Full-time

Job Summary

Safar Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse & General Labor Associates to support warehouse and distribution operations across Minnesota. This role is essential to maintaining efficient daily logistics, inventory flow, and facility organization. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities ⭐

• Load, unload, and stage materials and shipments
  

• Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
  

• Pick, scan, and process orders accurately
  

• Stock shelves and organize inventory throughout the facility
  

• Palatalize goods and transport materials using pallet jacks or carts
  

• Perform routine warehouse, cleaning, and general facility upkeep
  

• Assist supervisors and team leads with daily labor tasks
  

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work environment

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred (not required)
  

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  

• Basic communication skills in English (Spanish or Somali a plus)
  

• Willingness to follow safety standards and use required PPE
  

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
