• Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
• Reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records.  Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.
• Prepares accounts payable checks.
• Reconciles statements and the general ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
• Maintains petty cash system.
• Other duties as assigned.
