Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Telemarketer to help generate warm transfers and support our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives on hitting goals, and communicates clearly and confidently on the phone. Consistency and strong work ethic are key — your performance directly impacts your earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
Engage prospects in a professional and friendly manner
Qualify leads and complete warm transfers to the sales team
Maintain accurate notes and follow internal call processes
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Compensation:

$15/hour for the first 60 days, then $16/hour
Weekly Transfer Bonus:
- 0–25 transfers: $10
- 26–40 transfers: $15
- 41+ transfers: $25
Anticipated annual compensation: $45,000–$80,000+ depending on performance
