Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified employer partners in hiring a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician to support two mobile home communities in Davie, FL:
Swaying Palms Mobile Home Park – 4851 Griffin Road, Davie, FL 33314
Moonlight Mobile Home Park – 4651 Griffin Road, Davie, FL 33314
The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in repairing, maintaining, and improving residential mobile home units and the overall community grounds. This role requires hands-on experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
The Level 2 Maintenance Technician performs general property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, groundskeeping, and unit clean-outs. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, simple leak diagnostics, sewer cleanout auger operation).
Conduct basic electrical work (light fixtures, GFCIs, breakers, outlets, wattage understanding).
Maintain community curb appeal, including:
Trash pickup
Lawn mowing, weeding, weed-eating
Planting flowers and grounds upkeep
Complete home clean-outs and prepare units for occupancy.
Execute work orders efficiently with minimal supervision.
Conduct inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Follow all safety laws and workplace regulations.
Participate in online/virtual training as required.
Perform additional duties as qualified and assigned.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in general labor, landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance.
1–2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
Ability to walk, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in all conditions.
Basic ability to use or learn technology (tablet, online training, work order apps).
Practical skills will be tested for accuracy.
