Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Residential Group Home | Ewing, NJ
Shifts as Follows:
Thursday and Friday (7am-7pm)
or
Every Other Saturday and Sunday (7am-7pm)
Per Diem as Needed also available.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Residential Group Home located in Ewing, NJ.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans for four residents in a supportive home environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care and demonstrates excellent observation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
Health Monitoring: Track vital signs and monitor the health conditions of residents.
Care Coordination: Work with doctors and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
Education: Educate residents and staff on managing their health.
Compliance: Ensure the home complies with all health and safety regulations.
Patient Care: Provide support for daily living activities, recovery from surgery or illness, and chronic disease management.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.
Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license (New Jersey).
Experience in residential or long-term care preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time and Per Diem positions available
