Field Service Technician - Full-time

• Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.
• Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.
• Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.
• Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.
• Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.

• 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area.
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus).
• Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints.
• Great communication skills-you can explain technical issues clearly to customers and teammates.
• A safety-first mindset and proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings.
• CDL certifications is a plus.
• A clean driving record to be verified through MVR
• Ability to travel 50-75%
