We are seeking highly skilled, professional, and discreet Armed Estate Security Agents to provide protection and peace of mind for high-profile clientele. Candidates must be vigilant, reliable, and experienced in high-stakes environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety and security of Private Estates and High-net-worth Individuals
- Conduct Perimeter Checks, Monitor Surveillance Systems, and Control Access Points
- Respond promptly to Alarms, Emergencies, or Unusual Activity
- Collaborate with Estate Staff and other Security Team Members to ensure seamless operations
- Remain Professional and Discreet at all times
- Provide excellent situational awareness and threat assessment
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Armed Security License/Guard Card
- Prior experience in Private Security, Law Enforcement, or Military Service strongly preferred
- Ability to work Flexible Shifts, including Days, Swing, and Graveyard
- Clean Background and Drug Screening
- Strong Communication Skills and Professional Demeanor
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Estate or Executive Protection experience
- Tactical Training or Advanced Firearms Proficiency
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Familiarity with Security Technology (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control)
