We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as an HVAC Neighborhood Canvasser. In this role, you’ll represent Moss Heating and Cooling in local neighborhoods—engaging with residents, promoting our services, and generating interest in seasonal tune-ups, energy-efficient upgrades, and free consultations.Key Responsibilities

Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners face-to-face
Educate residents about Moss Heating and Cooling’s services and promotions
Generate leads by collecting basic homeowner information
Schedule in-home estimates or inspections when appropriate
Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude
Accurately track and report lead activity

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Dependable, with reliable transportation
Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful, but not required—we provide training
