Express Laborer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to expand our express division.
The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, attention to detail, work well with other, is safety
conscious, and a willingness to learn.
As a member of the express team you will work independently and with a team, doing a wide range of
general construction tasks, working both inside and outside.

Job Requirements

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
• Physical abilities: Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions,
and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment, ability to read
blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
• Safety knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and procedures, safety
conscious.
• Communication skills: Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with other
crew members, and report issues
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license, OSHA 10 certification is a
• Mathematical skills: Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and
materials, the ability to read a tape measure.
• Construction equipment experience: fork lift, tele-handler/grade-all, scissor lift, boom lift
certifications and experience is a plus
• Tools: Basic hand tools, cordless power tools.
