POSITION SUMMARY
Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Serve beverages to guests at tables in the restaurant as they are ordered by the servers; assist in clearing glassware and guest requests.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Serve beverages to guests promptly and accurately as ordered by servers, following all portioning, garnishing, and presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service by responding promptly to guest needs and communicating concerns or requests to servers or managers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with bar and service staff to ensure seamless and timely drink delivery. Confirm drink modifications, allergy indicators, and special requests before delivering items to guests.
• Accurately take beverage orders and input them into the POS system in a timely manner.
• Assist in clearing glassware and dishes from guest tables, counters, or bar tops and transport them to the appropriate dish station for cleaning.
• Keep service areas fully stocked, organized, and clean, including garnishes, glassware, napkins, and bar supplies.
• Assist in monitoring guests' physical condition when entering the restaurant and bar; monitor alcohol consumption while on the premises to ensure all HCR and county serving policies are followed. Take appropriate steps according to HCR policy to reduce the occurrence of alcohol related issues.
• Maintain awareness of table numbers, guest seat numbers, and dining room sections to ensure accuracy and efficiency in service.
• Adhere to all sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
• Report for work on time and uphold expectations for attendance, uniform, and professional conduct. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
