Richmond Street Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by:

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues
• Performing routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.)
• Completing more advanced mechanical and electrical repairs
• Communicating clearly with service advisors and team members
• Ensuring every vehicle leaves safe, reliable, and done right the first time

We’re seeking someone who is:

• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Passionate about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and components
• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

• ASE certification (or actively working toward it)

• $30–$36/hour (based on experience)
