Babysitter Needed for my Children

My mom is my primary caregiver. She watches both of our toddlers while my husband and I are at work M-F 8:30am-4:30 p.m. Shes going to Colombia for a month, possibly leaving the 2nd week of May. Hasnt bought her flight get but Id like to be prepared with a babysitter or nanny who has experience, is CPR trained, and has energy for our 2 toddlers. Ideal day, I leave at 8:30 a.m. for work, they will already be dressed and have had breakfast. They usually just watch TV, play inside, or play in the backyard. 20-month-old takes a nap around 11am-12pm, usually naps for 3 hours. 4-year-old doesnt nap anymore. Husband gets home from work around 4:30 p.m.
