How You'll Make an Impact

As a DSP, you aren't just staff-you are a mentor and a champion for our clients. You will:

• Foster Independence: Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and errands.

• Provide Vital Support: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including two-person transfers and Hoyer lift use).

• Goal Achievement: Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to help clients reach their personal milestones.

• Community Connection: Transport clients to appointments and local social events.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

• The physical ability to assist with client transfers.

• A heart for service and a reliable, professional attitude.
