- Monday through Friday position available
- 40 hours per week
JOB SUMMARY: To promote and maintain quality in the clinical setting.
- By providing high quality care services, close to home.
- By engaging our communities to identify ongoing health care priorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Effectively utilize the EMR as well as online sites as needed for job duties and responsibilities.
- Maintains HIPAA patient confidentiality within legal and regulatory parameters.
- Ability to adapt easily to changing work responsibilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, insurance companies, co-workers, and management.
- Participates in ongoing educational activities related to clinical knowledge and professional issues.
- Consults with healthcare providers for patient care as needed.
- Assist with quality measure data collection.
- Supports and participates in the Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement of KMHC
- Participates in process to ensure that new and current employees are aware of Clinical Quality workflow.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a RN, LPN or certified MA, Certified Pharmacy Tech or equivalent 3 - 5 years of prior authorization experience.
