Pay: $18/hr.      

Location: Elkton, MD     

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 7AM-7PM 

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION     

     The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.      

      

As a Security Officer, you will:      

·     Greet and identify all personnel, contractors, and visitors, truck drivers entering the facility     

·     Verify identification badges, workorders, or visitor passes.     

·     Deny access to unauthorized individuals and notify management.     

·      Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies.     

·      Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations.     

·      Perform regular exterior patrols, securing access points.     

·      Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned.     

You will be a great fit if you have:     

·      Strong attention to detail and situational awareness     

·      The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations     

·      Clear, respectful communication skills     

·      Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol     

·      Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team

     

This is a part-time position averaging 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up available shifts.  

  

    

Certification Requirements (All)

MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification
